Mindful Walking / Running Therapy

Chelsea is a Run Walk Talk ® Therapist. Chelsea merged her RRCA run coach certification and background in Mindfulness based practices to provide walking/running therapy to clients. These services are individual therapy sessions conducted outside of the traditional office setting which allows clients to engage both their mind and body to improve overall well being.
